Been living here for almost 4 years with no issues at all, then Liveamc came along and has made this a terrible place to live, with the absolute worst management team you could possibly imagine. These people are literally incompetent at doing there jobs. I've never dealt with such a disfunctional management team. The sent me a letter threatening me fines and lease termination if I don't remove a dish attached to the apartment. No my apartment, not my dish, they need to come remove it themselves that shit was there when I moved in. These people a literal clowns, treating tenants like shit when they are at breach of contract themselves. The lack of care, and lack of anything towards the community is wild. I really appreciate how responsive the management team is. They follow up quickly and handle maintenance requests without delay. The apartments are updated and comfortable, and the common areas are always clean. Definitely a positive living experience.

From touring to signing the lease, everything was handled efficiently. The communication was clear, and the staff made sure I felt confident in my decision. The property is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about residents. They make sure all needs are addressed quickly, and they always follow up to make sure everything is going well. It really feels like living somewhere that values people, not just apartments.
