Lakeside on Spring Valley

So bad that the owners had to nuke the Google Maps location entirely because residents were speaking their truth. Too many cons about this place so, keeping it simple: 1. Roaches, duh. 2. VERY old complex, so expect easy water damage. (A few heavy storms and my bedroom window grew an insane amount of mold. Which obviously they never addressed it.) 3. They no longer have an official website! Again, same reason why they took down the maps location.

Horrible apartment complex, infested with roaches. Maintenance never actually fixes anything, like the a/c or broken kitchen equipment. They have deleted their profile from Apartments.com and Google, because there are many negative reviews regarding the infestation of roaches. Even the City of Richardson ordered them to get rid of the roaches but the roaches still came back after one month of treatment. This apartment complex is a scam.
