this place is an overpriced rip off. First of all, they're own tree fell on my vehicles and the management is refusing to pay for the damages. Instead, they want my insurence to pay for the damages. My insurence laughed. Second, the management only enforces rules that benidiet them. And third, they are trying to attach $9,000 in junk fees, which are illegal in California. Do not rent here, otherwise you'll be throwing away thounds of dollars to line the pockets of their managements check books.

Best complex in lakeside hands down. The manager Michelle is absolutely amazing! Management, Maintenance, and Gardening is supreme. The people are all nice and work as a unit to keep the complex drug free, and kid safe. I have 2 daughters and I know if they are out of my eye or ear shot all these good people know them and would keep them from harm. Thankyou from our family for such a safe, clean, trustworthy, environment and community.

Sometime around March 2019 I applied for an apartment, the manager just took my money $30, she asked for cash for a “CREDIT CHECK” she never called me back with an answer.
