Terre at Lakeside Apartments

The move in process was good from application process and when given the keys. Management is friendly, helpful and cooperative. This is a family neighborhood so do expect children which is fine with me as a stay at home parent. My maintenance was handled in a great manner and fixed to my liking. Rent is worth it for the space apartments are newly refurbished with new appliances. And they are understanding for military families. My neighbors also don’t bother me and comes with assigned parking spot.

First off, the actual apartment itself was amazing. It was newly completely refurbished, with brand new everything. That was the ONLY good part of the apartment. I wrote a review when I moved out under the assumption that Management was all good with how my apartment was left and that it would just need paint. I wrote a great review just to be nice and left out the below info because I thought the Manager's were cool and told me that i was a great tennant (which i was). The apartment was left immaculate - manager couldn't get over how clean it was during the move out walk thru - and also stated and wrote on the form "great" for every part. We cleaned, patched the walls etc. Not only was I still charged $300 for a cleaning fee (they did not disclose) but but 11 days after move out (Aug 11t

Just moved here last month. There was a special going on in December for 6 weeks off! The staff worked so fast to get us the deal, Carla is literally the best!!!! She is new and u can tell she is on top of everything. So far, it has been lovely, so much space. There is a pool, jacuzzi, a dog run here, and a little lake nearby with a playground and even a skate park there, with gym equipment. Very family friendly area.

let me just say carla the new manager is absolutely amazing she made my first time moving experience so amazing she took the time to explain and show me everything i needed to know, not only that but took the time to do a move in walk through with us. 5 stars is not enough for how great she made us feel!!

We truly loved living in this complex, it was such a wonderful and peaceful place for our family. This home brought us so many blessings and great memories. It even became part of our journey toward buying our own house. Honestly, if we hadn’t purchased a home, we would have never left this beautiful complex. We’re very thankful for the time we spent here! Thank you Alejandro for your best management.
