Summit Creek Apartments

We've been here for a while and love it. The apartment complex is clean, quiet, with a nice laundry room and pool. The apartments are very spacious. Maintenance requests always get addressed on time. Management does a wonderful job keeping the residents updated about repairs and other things. The location is near highway 67, close to a beautiful new library and Lindo Lake Park. If you are looking to be loud until late hours and have no control of consistent noise generating elements in your living space, this may not be the place for you.

Absolute fraud. Hoban Management is the most fraudulent property management company in the city. Count on paying high deposits then losing those and having to pay all types of fraudulent charges on top of those. Do not move here!

Worst rent experience... to start with the manager VERY rude, no tact or what so ever, manners people you guys are offering a service and we are paying expecting at least respect !! Then the water always runs out, if u are looking for a QUIET place this is NOT the place to look, if you have a complaint they will totally ignore it... so much stuff I can go on and on
