WORST MANAGEMENT on the lake!! If you are seeking a management company that will deflect, blame you and make getting your property left behind (yes, I was careless, but all we endured had me on edge and ready to get the heck out of there) returned almost impossible, spending days trying to work with them and then to have them mail to an incorrect address and refuse to return calls.... THIS is your company! (Do not have them do the cleaning either, the cobwebs we removed to sleep in loft and the spider that greeted us in our welcome card were not welcomed!) If you want to spend your vacation being on property as the house is maintained, lawn company showed up at 9:36 am the first morning on property and proceeded to blow leaves for three and a half hours making outside impossible to use.

It was a nightmare. Stayed at charming Birdies Cove; Lake of the Ozarks for a special “Ladies Weekend” & birthday celebration. Seems everything went wrong. Electronic lock failed to work; had to use key for entry. (They came to change the batteries!) Internet went down; msg’d “Tia” who sent someone to fix it; unable to fix & immediately “offered” us the option of leaving immediately & getting refund! Wait~it gets better…outdoor fire table ran out of propane. Msg’d for more propane, they brought us a near-empty tank to replace. When that ran out, we switched it with the near empty tank from gas grill. Asked again for propane (as we were planning to use gas grill.) Again given only a partially full tank. Day #2, we were relaxing on back patio @ 9:30 AM, when the leaf blower worker showed up

Terrible Property Management company. Not sure how they’re even in business anymore. The most disorganized and dishonest company we’ve worked with. Wish I would have checked reviews prior.

This is the best place to rent vacation homes. Do yourself a favor and call them. When looking at the other reviews here that post one out of five stars these people are just angry and don’t understand what it’s like to run a business. Their review should not be counted because they are acting out of emotion. This company is a fabulous company, one of the best in the area. I would Like to add that Jen is VERY responsive and GREAT at what she does - huge asset to this company.

Used this company this past weekend for our softball tournament in the ozarks. Had to emergency book with these guys off vrbo due to my other rentals ac went out. Booked it Thursday evening for Friday through sunday and confirmed it by email with them that night. About 950am Friday when I had already left I received an email from them saying that the room was double booked and that the person who was there couldn't leave early(I wouldn't either if I were them) but the email said they are going to upgrade me to a different location for no change in price. I replied saying that is perfectly fine! Get there and my kid played 2 games, I received the check in instructions and address. Get to the location given at about 930 or so. Its an abandoned building in the four seasons property that
