I have been here for a while and have gone through the ringer when it comes to property management. Currently Grace & Christy have been the best! They truly do care not only about the tenants but the property. They were given a crap hand when they took over and I have personally seen that they are trying their hardest to change everything that prior management didnt care to do. They communicate well, someone is usually always in the office to help with needs! They get an A+ in my book! Considering I have dealt with crap management prior! Maintenance crew is sub par at best. You rarely see them. If you need something done it won't be asap. Majority of the time if they fix something, its more of a band aid over the issue than actually going the extra mile to fix it. Do not settle in here. First, I thought this place would be nice but apparently it was not. We moved in 2 Months ago and already have so much issues. First right when we moved in, they had to replace our front door which took 1-3 days. Then we been so sick in the place during this time. We found black mold in our bathtub and the bedroom door was broken. And there’s water damages all over the tub. It took us a week to get the maintenance to come and all they did was fix the door. They said that was no mold. And never mind about fixing it and left it there. He sprayed Disinfecting spray that made worst spots in the bathroom. And it took a month to get our storage key. And mail key. And it takes forever for the office people to answer calls. We had to go down there one time because they would

This place doesn't deserve even 1 star While living there we had maintenance parking lot parking spot all the time on top of that other people park in our spot and not enough visitor parking. Our AC went out during the summer it's was awful took them 4 days to fix it. We gave them more then a month notice. They expected us to pay to get the carpet cleaned. (that's what the security deposit is for) they never plowed when then did we have to shovel our selfs out. They also have alot of spiders and moths. Wouldn't live here again.

Lived there for over two years and I wish we could have bought a house sooner! We told them the dining room fan didn't work and they never fixed it. Getting the maintenance staff to do anything was a joke. The main guy told us to not flush our toilet paper but to throw it away! When they redid the stairs, they left the old piece there for about two months and had I not called and complained about the nails sticking out and cutting my foot who knows how long it would've stayed. You have to pay insurance on the building and pay to get the carpets professionally cleaned when you move out and give them a reciept. Do glad to be gone!
