Lake Harris Cove Apartments

Everyone here is so helpful and nice! It’s been making getting my first apartment very easy and stress free. I’m an anxious person so them being so warm and welcoming has made it easier for me to ask the question that I need the answers to. Highly recommend!

I have a friend who lives here, and I have to say that the maintenance team is one of the best I’ve ever seen. They are competent, friendly, responsible, and fast acting. From what my friend says the change from the old management to the new management team is exceptional.

This is a formal notice regarding my repeated, documented attempts to be removed from the lease associated with the unit. I vacated the premises on June 2 due to a verified domestic violence emergency while seven months pregnant and medically classified as high-risk. The required $150 fee for lease removal was paid at that time. I spoke with a representative who stated she would contact me and send the necessary paperwork. That never occurred. Instead, she made an inappropriate and baseless comment implying I “was never supposed to move in,” referencing information that was factually incorrect and irrelevant to the matter. If you want a place to call home that’s safe for kids, affordable for a working family and beautiful to say the least look no further lake Harris cove is exactly what you need !
