Lake Forest Apartments

Maintenance is only done on the exterior—inside the units, they ignore serious problems. My apartment was overrun with bugs and plagued by mold, and I had to move out twice for “repairs” that did little to help. The pool was closed most of the summer and only opens when it suits them. The tennis court is neglected. They raise rent every year on loyal tenants, only to turn around and re-lease the units. The area also started to attract unsavory characters.

Nice and quiet place to stay. The complex is really nice, and I love the upgrades they’ve been doing. It’s very quiet, and the new playground for the kids is a great addition. Come see it for yourself—I promise you won’t be disappointed.

New management has really invested in keeping this place up to date and a nice place to live. They have fixed up the outside and inside. The management style has completely changed too. They're actually nice and will listen to you. Great location with easy access but still secluded from all the traffic. I definitely recommend this apartments if you are looking for a place.

RUN FAST I currently drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to work everyday. The staff in the place are so rude especially the African American young lady with the braids. If you ask for an application she looks at you like your stupid. She literally just handed me an application and rolled her eyes. They won’t let you view apartments 1 or two bedroom. She was rude to me over the phone but I accredited it to nonverbal communication. When I actually saw the way she treated people I can’t imagine signing a lease and dealing with someone who treats people so disrespectfully. They had an opening for a 1 bedroom and it was my absolute goal To get that apartment. The young lady was so nasty and rude that was my sign to search a little harder and wait a little longer. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. These people

The entire upstairs squeaks (Edit) The pool is open. But I'm sad they're closing the tennis court.
