Trent was very thorough, nice, and accommodating with his inspection. He spent around 4 hours combing through every inch he possibly could get to taking a lot of pictures and compiling information about the home from the roof to the ground. After he was done he walked me through every picture he took and explained everything he found with a lot of detail and in normal English that I could comprehend. Trent is very knowledgeable, not only in his inspection side, but in the real estate business as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone

Trent with House 2 Home Inspector was absolutely the best. He was extremely thorough and never once made us feel rushed. He took plenty of detailed pictures and took the time to explain everything, both the good and the bad, in simple terms that were easy for us to understand. I called him out to do our inspection and he was great! We were able to get an appointment the same week and our report the same day he inspected the home. He was very thorough in his reports including lots of pictures and detailed descriptions. He was very polite and respectful every time we talked and made sure we understood everything.
