From the time I called to check pricing to getting the inspection scheduled it was a pleasant experience (Rebecca was very sweet). Mr. Bill Anderson handled the inspection for a home my husband and I are considering purchasing. As first time home buyers, the process is a lot but Bill provided an awesome experience. This is the first time dealing with Magnolia Inspections and Cooper Kelly. I have to say out of all of the inspectors I have met over the years, Cooper has to be the best. He went through everything in the report with me. Showed me a couple of problem areas and answered questions that I had. Overall if I was able to give him more than 5 stars I would.
