If you use them for your closing, make sure you are prepared to check every detail and catch the mistakes. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail on such an important part of a property sale. Obviously you can tell from the response by the owner below, they do not take responsibility for their shortcomings. Certain rules for title companies are universal- do not share client information without consent, do correct calculations.
