Janet helped us sell our house in 2018. She came to our house prior to us listing with her. She walked through our house and took notes about the things that we thought were attractive to buyers and all the specifics of our house. She came back with comps so we could make an educated decision about what to list our house for. Janet is by far the best real estate agent we have come across for buying and selling property in Montana. We met Janet while working with another real estate agent and we wanted to see one of Janet's listings while we were in town. Our real estate agent could not be bothered to make an appointment on a Saturday, but Janet stepped up on short notice and showed the property to us. On top of that, Janet went out of her way and showed us 3 more properties that Saturday, one of which had not even hit the market yet. Janet helped us find our PERFECT first home back in 2018, the entire process went so smooth and she didn't stop searching until we were 100% happy.
