Lake Camelot Apartments

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. they have lots of people living here yet our laundry building only have 2 working washers and 3 working dryers. and its been like this since i've moved in over a year ago. maintenance only comes when you make an emergency call, and the main building has no one inside to run the office/help the people who live here. the "new renovated" apartments are literally just topped with a white paint that is splotchy with drips and cracks, doors fall off the hinges, and our ac unit has broke over 6 times over the summer.

if i could give this place zero stars i would. we've lived here since february and there have been a list of issues we have had. 1) there is no one in office full time to help add people to lease, ask questions, help in any way 2) it's simply unsafe to live here. multiple car/home break ins have occurred. the cameras have yet to be fixed. 3) kids don't feel safe outside 4) the company refuses to fix repairs on THEIR buildings don't live here until corporate can do their job and keep the neighborhood safe.

UPDATE…Jan 2026 Over 200 apts in the complex and in the laundry not one working washing machine! Only have the dryers work. Seems like the owners only care about the pricier properties, not lake Camelot. They only make changes when they get negative Google reviews. The end of my lease can’t get here fast enough….im outta here! There is no security at night. Car windows are being busted out with the landscaping bricks from the laundry room. The laundry room doors are not being locked at night, there is always a group of young black males sitting in the laundry room smoking weed. There is a silver SUV that drives slowly around the complex and sitting by the pool for hours and those same men are breaking in cars. The camera on the office and laundry room don’t work. This apartment is over priced, it is not safe , it has a roach and rat infestation. You have people hanging around and peeping through your window at night. Apartment office does not pick up when you need them. It's not a safe place to live. Go else where if you love your life.

This apartment is trash, its rodent and roach villa. If you love the safety of yourself and yoir your property stay Way drom here. You have been warmed. They also will charge you for things they shouldn't. You want your car and property to be stolen then this place is for you, you want random people to try to come into your unit 1 am , you might like this place. Google need to add the option for 0 zero star cos thats what this place deserves
