Laguna Serrano Apartments

This has been our home for 4 years. It is a quiet, peaceful place, with green and recreational areas in perfect condition. I love the tranquility of this place. In general, the neighbors are friendly and the people at the office are always willing to help. The apartments are cozy.

Great staff, they make things right, for the most part. Apartment complex is a bit in the old side, they have been upgrading units. But please upgrade the wifi capabilities, dismal compared to apartments nearby. We got one of the "new upgraded" ones. The contractors they hired were... In a hurry. There were lots of interesting cuts and such, askew here and there (wrongly installed sink leading to a leak, door crooked, etc ) Parking, is alright. Could use some more ♿ near our unit and our building is not ♿ wheelchair accessible. Also, didn't know that if you know people you get your own private spot (just change your cars and park it there for months at a time according to what I saw lok at pics 👀 ) just saw owner of the truck/bmw arguing with an old man that there are other parking spots f

I enjoy living here - it is well kept in terms of maintenance, landscaping, and renovations. The leasing office staff are pleasant to work with, neighbors are friendly, and parking is ample.

Worst apartment ever! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I know their rent is cheaper than other apartment complexes but do your self a favor and save your self some time and money. They have termites issues and A LOT OF LEAKAGE issues. We lived here since 2020 and there's always an issue with the apartment. One of the burners from our electric stove is never working! We've called several time to report it and after they "fix" it, it would break again. They already tried fixing it 2-3x and I'm tired of submitting work orders. 2nd issue was the termites! When we scheduled the pest control with them they said they only come in every Tuesday/Thursday and when we actually have time to be at home they were not available. 3rd issue was the bathroom leak from my upstairs neighbor. My husband and I have lived at this complex for 5 years now, and are pleased with the location, pet policy, fixtures and amenities, pricing, and the staff. Many of the staff are the same individuals who have been here since we moved in and live in the complex themselves. I don't believe we'll be moving any time soon.
