Lafayette Towers Apartments

This is what an apartment experience should be! Due to my job, I've moved to a new apartment every couple of years around the tri-state area. No other complex has come close to the style, customer service, attentiveness and overall bill pricing of Lafayette Towers. The building has the feeling of being a converted stately hotel on the inside. Hallways are wide, elevators all work seamlessly, staff is on time and actually cleaning/working. The apartments are huge with intelligently designed layouts. Building materials are better quality carpets and flooring than usual, carpentry is modern, plumbing is newer fixtures than usual. The best feature is the amount of natural light coming from the extraordinary huge windows and balcony. Shockingly, my heating bill is LOWER than my last two complex

My wife and I lived here for 4 years. The leasing team are extremely courtesy . The maintenance team is fast to act and know what they’re doing! Apartments are spacious and the location can’t be beat!

I want to thank the management for installing new carpet in my apartment. I feel like I’m living in a brand new apartment. It was done I’m a very professional way and looks beautiful. I have lived here 23 years and every time I need repairs or help in my apartment it is done in a very efficient and timely way The staff and maintenance people are awesome Thank you again. Beautiful building very nice apartments. Two elevators and a very nice area for refreshments and a game room with a lounge as well. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this residence.
