Manager hasnt responded to me in months about stolen packages and repairs in the apartment. When i call it goes straight to voicemail. The previous building managers had very good communication and was responsive but after they made the change recently more packages have been stolen and i cant get any response. Edit: In the span of a year i am being told that there has been 3 different property owners and now not only am i being told that my car will be towed from the parking space ive had for the past 5 years but some other car parked on my spot while i was gone for 30 minutes because the paperwork wasnt organized. our apartment is literally flooding right now and has flooded in the past due to plumbing issues and when we called to notify management, no answer from anyone. everyday when i walk into my apartment, i am greeted by the strong oder of weed. when kennedy was the apartment manager, we never got and answer. Update* we moved out and they literally charged us for a dented door that was painted over when we moved in. We literally left the roach infested apartment in better condition than when we moved in almost 3 years ago. The reimbursement amount is a joke. If you want to live in a roach infested apartment, with loud tenants, casual floods, and be constantly reporting stolen packages, this is your place to live at.

I live in the building on the south side of Lafayette Place. Under their new management, they are allowing tenants to be very loud. I have been awakened several times by a tenant playing drums in their unit and last weekend, I was awakened at 1:40am due to a tenant entertaining guests on their balcony talking and laughing very loudly. This is unacceptable and the next time this happens, I will call the police.

I’ve been trying to pay rent since May 1st, but the payment portal no longer works and there’s been no clear update from either Concord or the previous management. I was then contacted by someone using a personal phone number and Gmail address, claiming to be the new property manager and demanding rent directly, along with threats of late fees. This is extremely suspicious and unprofessional. I’m ready to pay, but only through official channels — not through individuals. I will not accept any late fees caused by this miscommunication. If anyone from management sees this, please clarify the official payment process publicly.

terrible place to live at. they change management companies in the middle of april this year. the “important contract” numbers are incorrect for after hours emergency. i called and was put on hold for more than 20 mins only to be told they they don’t service this apartment building anymore. there’s current a leak coming from within our wall connected between hallway and laundry room, we are stranding with a flooding apartment, a portal that doesn’t work so we can’t even pay this month’s rent and zero communication from management.
