Lafayette Park Apartments

I feel blessed and highly favored to be living here ! Everything in and outside of my unit is top tier! The staff members are really nice , welcoming and understanding of tenants needs ! And most importantly my neighbors are nice and respectful!! I literally have no complaints.

Moved in at the beginning of October 2022 so I'm just wrapping up my first month at this apartment. The application process was smooth and Tanya the leasing manager was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She also gave me a tour of the apartment the day I moved in and checked in to make sure everything was good afterwards. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and even more spacious in person. The one item that I was surprised about was that we have to use the alley behind the building in order to get to our parking garage which can get a little hairy during commuting hours but considering it's LA, I'm just glad to have a parking spot in the first place. :) Would recommend if you're looking for a nice place to live near downtown but not *in* downtown!

Do not live here if you get a lot of stuff delivered. Its horrible and leasing office will turn away your packages if your not home or even just not let the delivery people in even though the office is right by the main entrance and they can buzz in delivery people from the phone.
