Crystal is AMAZING. She truly goes above and beyond and helped me so much during my move. She’s honest, which is honestly hard to find in this industry, and I really appreciated that. The maintenance team is also great they respond to service requests within 48 hours, which is impressive. The area is nice and quiet, and the office staff is always friendly and willing to help. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here.

We did enjoy living here for the first few months, but this has quickly changed. My spouse and I do not ask for much. We have only reached out to them twice - once was to extend our lease, which took a total of 3 calls and 3 emails. They only responded after I put in an inquiry on their official website. They instructed me to visit the leasing office to sign, and when we did, the gal at the desk was very confused and told me she didn't know why I was there. The other time we reached out to the leasing office was for maintenance because they somehow gave me the incorrect keys at move-in. So incompetent. It's always pulling teeth to get someone to respond to you, whether by phone or email. They will ignore your emails regarding your concerns, but prioritize spamming us with emails about the

Alena Sharp is an amazing leasing manager! She greeted me with friendly, positive energy, was very professional, and truly listened to my needs. She answered all my questions clearly and made the experience easy and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend both Alena and this community!

My actual unit is really nice. Nice lakeside view and amenities; however, I am not a fan of the infrastructure of the apartments. I live on the second floor, and my upstairs neighbors are completely disrespectful with the constant bumping, banging, stomping, etc. all throughout the day and night. It is quite exhausting to say the least. I had a pleasant experience with the leasing agent Emery who was very helpful and knowledgeable. But I would not recommend living on the first or second floor of these apartments.

I am writing this formally to express my dissatisfaction with how the so-called Resident Christmas Dinner was executed. The event was advertised via email as a “catered Italian Christmas dinner” scheduled from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Based on this communication, residents reasonably planned their evening around attending a dinner event. We arrived at approximately 6:10 PM and were required to stand in line for nearly 45 minutes. When we finally reached the front of the queue, we were informed that only a single entrée remained, which was being portion-restricted to stretch what little food was left.
