La Tierra Villa Apartments

I love la Tierra apartments they change to the sanctuary I love my place I love the landlord is cool ,.& Two-faced double-minded at the same time young very unprofessional if you got a housing voucher run do not go a fun place to live after coming out of a house for 17 years I couldn't ask for a better place to call home my neighbors are friendly its pet friendly for me everything is A-Okay I love it

Not all that bad. I have been here for two years and although there has been some incidents, that is wherever you go. Neighbors are friendly and keep watch and manager is cool as ever. Rent is suitable and apartments are big with on property maintenance. No roaches or anything.

As a inspector I see lots of properties and Standard Enterprises runs a good operation. This property seems updated and better then most in the area. I personally have never had an issue working here the past 15 years

This Apt has come a mighty long way, the manager is so nice and they keep up with the maintenance, and rent is at a great price, Neighborhoods here is good no drama, its really great here.

Not all that bad. Its very reasonable & landlord is very nice. Only problem I had was not with the tenants but ppl that dont leave over here & brings alot of drama
