To start off, this place is amazing, especially Maribel, the assistant manager! Thanks to her, I was able to get every questioned answered and she was very informative! She walked me through the property and what caught my interest was when she mentioned that they have a kids program and all the benefits they offer. That is so cool and welcoming! 🙌🏼 I just felt so comfortable having encountered Maribel because of her positive attitude and professionalism, we need more people like her! I strongly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come check this place out, because it’s safe to say that I will be applying here soon!

All I can say is my dad has asked multiple times and emailed multiple times to get his basic needs in the apartment fix! Emailed verbally and to no avail. This place is not to code! This place will be reported to the BBB and also the city of Dallas. It’s disgusting don’t move here all the low reviews they are totally telling you the truth! We about to get the hell out of this nasty place! Drugs trash dump overload! Shootings! They do not fix anything! You can call multiple times they won’t care! That why we are gonna call the news and the city!

I LIVE THERE OVER 10 YEARS BUT NEED TO SAY THANK YOU FOR THE LADY HER NAME NICOLE I MET HERE THIS MORNING AT THE OFFICE ASKING ABOUT THE OPTION FOR MY MOM TO CAN RENEW THE LEASE AND SHE IS OLD OVER 80 YEAR AND NOT EASY TO WALK OR GO DOWNSTAIRS SHE TOLD ME MANY OPTIONS FOR THAT AND WAS HELPFUL AND SHE IS READY FOR ANY KIND OF ASSITANT ,,,,,,HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND THAK YOU AGAIN

The staff was great and attentive with all the questions I had. Gloria was the one that helped me look into their available apartments and was super transparent with their pricing. Gloria will make this transition easier than other properties and will guide you with questions she asks.
