I have incredibly high standards, yet I cannot rate Kyle highly enough. Where do I start? First of all, his photographer made the most gorgeous marketing video I've ever seen. Then, Kyle found us an off market buyer who paid top dollar (in a buyer's market). Finally, his team made the entire transaction as effortless as possible. To top things off, Kyle even found us a tenant for another property (which we never asked him to do!). There's a reason why he is consistently rated "Best of Fort Collins." Because he is, indeed, THE BEST!
