My sister rented a house on LOCHLYNN CIRCLE 75228. We moved her out and CLEANED the home. She got in contact with Mr Young he refused to pay the deposit, claiming trash was left in the house. No Sir that was a LIE. She needed her $1200 deposit back. Guess he had forgotten he was allowing her to pay the difference due to rent price Dallas housing was accepting. His actual rent was $500 or 600 over, which she paid faithfully. So it seems as I look him up his refusal to refund tenants deposit isn't new. She yet to get hers it's been since Nov 10 2016. DAMN SHAME

I am the daughter of Elizabeth Hall and sister of the other tenant (whom my mom mentions as we). I've never rented from this company or Mr. Young but I have walked my mom and sister through their legal process which have aided them in the victory that they currently have. Of course he is still refusing, as my mom stated, to pay but this too is a plus in our favor to show the judge what kind of landlord he is. I am writing because I am going to help everyone who can be help in the process of getting their money back from this man and his company. Any landlord I threaten to take to court even after speaking to their lawyers were advised to just settle the matter and pay then to take it to court and pay more and I have won EVERY TIME. The absolute WORST individual to EVER deal with. He doesn't update his properties, he doesn't fix anything. He wants to put EVERYTHING on the tenants. I have yet to hear from him in reference to my deposit back and my lease was up 8/31/17 and today is 9/4/17. I rented a property in Desoto, and I liked the house until the problems started occurring in April, house floods when it rains. Air conditioning unit went out and he didn't replace it he sent over a (1, uno) window unit (110 to be exact) to cool a 1400 plus square foot house. Again he is the WORST individual that you would EVER want to deal with. If I had read the reviews on here before I rented from him I would NOT be on here posting at 1:16 a.m. on 9/4/17. He is the worst realtor I have ever dealt with. He is very rude and the house we rented from him was absolutely filthy when we moved in, despite him saying it would be cleaned. He seemed "too busy" to help us and was very unprofessional during all interactions. STAY AWAY!!! You have been warned...

If I could leave no stars I would most definitely do that.. this company is unprofessional they will trick you in to thinking your getting something nice and more and then when you check the lease out and get more details you will notice they make two different leases and will try and get you kicked out of the place your renting or trying to own and u will notice that they are telling the landlords they are promising them that tenants will pay more money that’s not even in the contracts false advertisement and very rude customer service and just very bad I would NEVER EVER use them AGAIN if I can sue them for lose wages and my time and for making me and my kids stay in a motel cause the landlord was unprofessional to tell me she was shutting everything off I would sue the brakes off them b
