The apartments are terrible and getting anyone to actually fix anything is nearly impossible. But that's not what makes me so upset! We moved out of our apartment over 6 months ago and recieved notice we should receive half of our deposit back. We should have got more but I'm not complaining. Except it's been over 6 months and still have not been refunded our deposit and NO ONE answers the phone or calls back!!

Ashley, please write if it is possible to contact you. I also didn't receive the security deposit, and have been waiting for it since September 2019. No one answers the phone and false promises. I think we should organize a collective petition. I also know another person that didn't receive his security deposit back for months now.

We had to pay an extra 200 to get ac on. After they got it on, I had to get up and maintenance it myself. And now it's leaking into my unit and popping breakers. 2 days now and nothing has been done

not sure what is true about elkhorn apts in craig co, too many rumors and some coming from the maintance here..

These guys literally just threatened eviction on all residents leaving a propped gate open ok 1 star these people are trash don’t rent from them at all they should seriously be reported to the news for how awful they are don’t rent or lease from them at all
