We hired KTE a few years ago to build my Man Cave which KTE went above and beyond on! The quality of work was far above what I have seen on other builds. But here we are again several years later asking about putting a porch on for my birdwatching wife. We had already been told because of the roof line and small area it just wouldn't be possible without being way to small and a lot of work so we call in KTE and John took one look at it and said no problem. My wife was just wanting a little wooden screened porch and it ended up being a living space that we both enjoy daily. Typical of KTE it is no simple wooden porch. This old house was able to get a real face lift thanks to KTE and he told us a new Metal roof would pull it all together and it sure did! Just listening to the rai
