Haven at Wild Dunes

Upon moving in a couple of things were noticed that needed looked at and fixing. Ebony was quick to place work orders, maintenance completed these work orders very quickly. I’m impressed with the service & appreciate the hard work!

Excellent customer service. I worked with Ebony Who did a great job touring a few units today and at such short notice. 10/10 would recommend.

Residents shouldnt be allowd to smoke butts in the breezeway or on their balconies. It's offensive and is just unwanted. Residents still don't clean up after their dogs, my guest stepped in several piles. I will say Ebony is totally awsome, friendly and understanding.

The Vinings at Wildwood offers a variety of apartment models for your life style. There is a fitness gym, pool, dog play area, adequate parking and quiet. I’ve never experienced loud outrageous neighbors or problems that couldn’t be solved (maintenance is on top of fixing anything you need). Recommended for anyone moving to the area for temporary or longer term living

Lived here about one mouth. Overall excellent. Staff very kind. Very safe in terms of crime. The clubhouse has free drinks, even adult ones. Place high quality and things get done (maintenance requests) promptly. Staff is kind. Parking no issues. Okay playground for kids. Pool is very nice. Could be maintained slightly better, but not bad at all. It's pricey. I understand that. Why 2 stars you ask? Cause I have two kids. People fly though the parking lot. Really. As in pushing 40 mpg. Nobody enforces. I really see this place as waiting for an accident to happen. I pay a decent (high) amount for rent and you can’t have a speed bump or two? Someone will get hurt one day and you will be libel. I hope and prey it’s not my kids. There are signs but no one cares. I love the place and the clubh
