KRC Hilltops

I’ve absolutely loved living at KRC Hilltops! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like home from day one. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive—any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The location is perfect, tucked away just enough to feel private but still close to everything I need. My apartment is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed, with modern finishes that make it feel upscale without being over the top. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the sense of safety here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live!

100% recommend these apartments! I moved into a one-bedroom loft about six months ago, and I’m very happy with it- it’s such a cozy place. Thank God I have excellent neighbors, and I’ve had no parking issues at all, which I did experience in other apartment complexes. Whenever I call the office for a maintenance issue, they come right away. I never have to wait more than 24 hours. I truly recommend this place! The office staff is super friendly and always willing to help. I have no complaints about any of them.

Love this community and the management company. The team here really cares for the residents and the property. They have all kinds of appreciation events for us and the maintenance teams is on the ball. The manager really cares about us as a community and works with residents when needed. The prices are fair and the size of the apartments are large. I feel like I get great value for my money. Definitely worth coming to look at if you need a new place to call home.

The management team is super friendly and professional — they always respond quickly to questions or maintenance requests. I had an issue with my A/C recently and it was fixed the same day, which I really appreciated. The location is also a huge plus. Everything I need is nearby — grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and public transport. Overall, it’s been a stress-free, comfortable, and enjoyable living experience.
