Illa is pleasant when she wants something from you. The professional relationship is skin deep and phony. They spend your deposit purposely even if you left the property spotless. Also, they withhold money to pay for utilities that are in your name and you still receive bills from the utility companies. The small print is so they can steal your deposit money. Forget ever hearing back from them. You ever question Illa, and you are ignored. Terrible women to work with. They only care about the property owner and never the renter. Renters BEWARE! Does this look like a property that needed $300 of professional cleaning?
