We researched several home builders and none compared to Korndoerfer Homes! We were pleased with being able to customize the plans to meet our needs… We are under construction and are excited with each phase. We cannot wait to see the completed home. Have already been meeting our neighbors, too. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience with Korndoerfer Homes - from our sales person Kim, to our design consultant !! Our construction overseers were terrific in communicating the progress to us !!! The tile installer was a true artist !!! We are very pleased with every aspect of our experience with Korndoerfer and looking forward to moving in !!!

If you are looking to buy or build do not hesitate to contact Korndoerfer! They provide multiple beautiful models to choose from (that can be semi customized) as well as quality products and trusted subcontractors. It's always a complex process to build a new home and Korndoerfer is a pleasure to work with at all stages. If you're not up for the process of building check out their model homes and you'll see the quality!

Be very careful to ask what is not included in their base home price when walking through the model. Want a driveway, it's not included. Want a sidewalk, it's not included. Want a deck, it's not included. That's just for starters. Find a lot you like and want to pick a model, sorry, they have predetermined models for each lot. We chose a builder that included all the afore mentioned items, so we didn't get any surprises. And they let us pick whatever model we wanted for the lot. They would have even let us pick a Korndoefer model we wanted. Shop around
