Where do I begin? I've been trying to reach Kenndy for over three months now because her company owes me the security deposit but I've been unable to reach her. The tenant left a huge water bill and did not pay the last month rent. I left an urgent messages for the managers over 48 hours ago and no one has returned my calls or emails. What kind of company is this? Kenndy and management have been unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. I would definitely recommend another company.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY!!! This company is TERRIBLE! Dealt with them for 3 years. The first year they sent my rent payments sort of on time, second year they simply did NOT PAY ME for 3 months worth of rent. This year I have not received any payments at all. It is an ongoing battle. Kenndy Mendoza keeps telling me that she will fix it but it's a complete lie. They are dishonest people. I now have to take them to court to get all my unpaid rent money back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

First and foremost, I have to say that I HIGHLY recommend, Kenndy. My husband and I were not sure what to expect the process to be like. And for first-timers like us, selling a home can be quite intimidating. Kenndy was always quick to respond to all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer she did not hesitate to consult a colleague or other professional and would promptly get back to us. I have self managed my rental property for several years and did less than profitable job with it I reviewed the experience and customer satisfaction of the Komerci Group and have not regretted my decision. KOMERCI GROUP LLC IS THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY. The Managing Director, Kenddy Mendoza is a deceptive and irresponsible person. 1. Kenddy Mendoza never did the walk through with us, the tenants. She told us to leave the key of the unit inside instead. 2. We left the apartment on June 2nd 2018 and she returned the security deposit incomplete 2 months later instead of 1 according to the contract. 3. The walk through was not done at all even though we insisted on doing it. According to the contract they had 30 days to do it otherwise the security deposit needed to be reimbursed completely. THEY TOOK $250 AND COULD NOT TELL US THE SPECIFIC REASON. We tried to contact them several times to solve the situation and she never responded. PLEASE DON’T USE KOMERCI GROUP LLC SERVICES EVER!
