I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent interaction I had when I called to inquire about your company’s information. Unfortunately, Linda and her staff were very rude and unprofessional during the conversation. When I asked for documentation confirming that the business is part of a corporate entity, my request was met with complete disregard. The dismissive and disrespectful tone was extremely disappointing and unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. I hope this matter will be taken seriously, as professional and respectful communication is essential when dealing with the public.

Don't bother applying here unless you have an 800 credit score. I submitted an application along with a perfect rental reference (10 years at same rental, never late on rent, utilities always paid), I make good money and own my newer Toyota SUV.
