Very cute place! we had a small issue with our lock first day and Mrs. Erin at the office took care of it immediately and also walked me through how to submit requests and all that jazz! The office ladies are very sweet and helpful. Moving in was very easy and there aren’t random little fees every month, so far we are very happy and would recommend

READ BEFORE YOU RENT!!!! I was a resident of Ashby apartments for six years before leaving recently. The rent has gone up every year(which is expected) and nothing has been down to the property. You have no amenities or extra activities like the surrounding apartments. The rent is about $1200 for just a room. Over the last six years we’ve have gone through 5-6 office managers and 6-8 maintenance men. The complex can’t keep anyone. Before you sign the papers make sure you look at the apartment you are moving into because they do not replace the carpet or appliances. We asked multiple times for things to fixed but takes them a good bit to respond. The community is great at the complex but office management are terrible. If you are going to pay close to $1200 you might want to go somewhere t

I have had no problems and am very happy. With the new owners, I'm not thrilled about having to pay by check.

Ashby apartments and one of their managers, Christina, are truly amazing. We were at the end of our lease and preparing to move in to our new house when everything was delayed. In the short time we had to make new arrangements Ashby apartments worked with us to extend our lease. They don't have short term leases and we were a problem for them but Christina made everything work. She did so with awesome communication and a friendly, empathetic style that was such a breath of fresh air. During Christmas break when businesses have lots of people on vacation Ashby and Christina stayed in touch and helped us greatly. I am so very thankful to have found such support during a really hard transition.

Ashby apartment is a good place to be. It is closer to shops, grocery stores, dining resto, banks, close to my work etc. it has a good neighborhood as well. The rooms are spacious and surroundings are kept well. Will definitely stay here! 😉😊
