Rates changed three times in less than a year! My unit was broken into. No cameras in area, no one in office, and gate works periodically. I paid for final month and they charged me again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Bethany storage at all If you email or text, you are ignored unless you send them multiple texts. Unit was clean. I left a clock that i had intended to pick up and finish cleaning. It was gone. I still had time since i paid until August 30.

Rent increase often , break- ins at the facility i was renting and wasn't informed about it, and dirty. It's sad...big corporations like this are not for the people...just greed. The original owner was for the people and was fair.

While I haven't moved in yet as of today, I do plan to move in on Saturday, 29 March 2025. Bridgette was helpful in explaining my options, which I appreciated. This will be a short term rental but it gives me confidence that my motorcycle will be safe and dry while staying in Harrison, AR.

Good prices and super easy online rental process. Only "problem" which isn't really a problem perse is that the location is out in the boondocks in the middle of a swampy area. So I can imagine it being mosquito heaven out there in the summer. It's a bit of a drive for me to get there but it's the closest place that I could afford and that had available units. I had to make a pass code to open the gate but the gate was wide open when I got there so no code needed nor was there a place to enter a code. Move in was very easy once I got a lock I headed over took off the green tab and then put my stuff in the locker and closed it up and locked it with my lock and key. I will probably be upgrading to a larger unit as time goes by but for now this is a decent size for my needs. I did notice ther

I don't see any camera's. The gate hasn't worked in along time and driveway in poor condition as u enter. And in four months they have changed the rental cost just got a notice of a thirty dollar increase for improvements.
