Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Lived here 5 years and the management is entirely incompetent. I noticed a warning sticker on my car that says it was going to be towed. I went straight to the office once I saw this. I was told by the staff that the tow sticker was a mistake. They negelected to take my car off the tow list and my car was wrongfully towed just ONE day after the staff said that I did not need to move my car and that it would not be towed. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. The employee Shay that said “you will not be towed” a day before they towed me also called the maintenance supervisor while I was in the office who also said “we will Not tow it and it was a mistake he’s on the list.” And funny enough, Shay is no longer employe

Moved to GR this year and couldn’t have chosen a better rental community that fits my needs. Office staff and maintenance people take pride in their responsibilities to the tenants. The tenants are quiet and working class or retired so lights out during the week so no loud parties and are respectful towards each other makes it a win win for me!

Overall, I had a good move in experience. Communication was prompt and they answered all my questions. However, upon moving in I noticed the carpets were not cleaned after closer inspection. I'm also very disappointed in management's decision to not honor a garage leasing special for a free month when I had just signed a lease 2 days prior. It feels like in a situation where grace could have been provided, the intentional decision not to has changed what was overall a good experience into a poor one.

Great apt.community!!! The apts.are updated and attractive. The common areas are well maintained. Lots of area to walk dogs or stroll. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help! Over all - a great place to live!!!!

Every single night if you come home anytime after 7pm there is never any parking spots the only one they ever have open are the handicap’s since February when we first moved in people have always parked in the handicap because of the lack of parking spaces and last night we got home late around 11 and like always no parking spots so we ended up in a handicap the farthest away from our apartment since the ones next the it where filled with non handicap drivers but they put a sticker on our car last night in the driver side window leaving a bunch of glue we have to now clean first thing when we get up ridiculous.
