KMC Rentals, LLC/Cape Haven Apartments

I absolutely loved this area and found this little hidden gem right behind Helen park. Great school district, parades outside your door, markets at the park. You name it..there is so much going on over here. I absolutely lovely apartment and the relationships I've built with neighbors. The landlord is amazing and really cares about her tenants and her property. Her responses are always fast and she makes sure things are taken care of. I've had nothing but great experiences and just signed my second year lease here. My son walks to school. Great kids in the neighborhood. Couldn't love it anymore.
