I do not recommend renting with them at all. They increased the rent only 8 months after I moved in and it’s extremely hard to get in contact with property staff

The staff is wonderful! These apartments are in a great area. They are a bit older, but well maintaned. The office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any problem. I haved loved my 6years here and will always recommend it to anyone.

Management is aware of roach issue but hasn’t had the entire building bombed or inspected. Told tenants that they had to pay for calling emergency. Melody and her receptionist are very rude. Won’t let you break lease and won’t get place exterminated. I just moved in 3 months ago and already regret it. Neighbors are extremely loud and the walls are paper thin. Worst decision of my life was moving there!

Apartments are ok. but Darlene gives a very nasty attitude there were minor things that needed fixing in apartment every time I asked about it she fail to answer the questions.. she wanted me to submit a payment before I viewed the house and canceled my application because I told her it seems like you just trying to move someone in.. they don’t care about the quality of the apartment just the quantity and she didn’t see a problem is exactly what she told me.. if she don’t like her job and can not provide proper service she should get a new one

Good bang for your buck! Open and spacious apartments, with heated underground parking, which is so convenient. Area is also clean and well kept. Maintenance is responsive and professional! Definitely worth the monthly rent.
