The elder lady in this office is RUDE AF. Basically told my friend (I was there) she had absolutely no rights, and the "squatters" living in her home (roommate situation) with her had ALL THE RIGHTS. They dont pay rent. They break stuff. They dont pay bills, they bring drugs in the home, they are violent with each other, shes verbally abusive to my friends children . She makes threats of taking my friends belongings when they "move", they were parking on her front lawn til I sent them a notice. This office doesnt help landlords. That's very clear.

This organization is the only place to go with rental issues. They know the current laws, provide you with the proper paperwork (not as were the 22 year old copies of forms provided by our attorney which lost us two back to back cases on the same technicalities) Our attorney's forms were illegal and obsolete, so state the company that supplies them! You can do this on your own with KROA's assistance and save thousand of dollars. KROA is there to help you all the way! We highly recommend you check with KROA first and then decide whether or not you want/need to have an attorney represent your case. J 'n D
