Kirkwood Station Plaza Apartments

We have lived here for 4+ years and love the area and Station Plaza. The Maintenance staff are not only professional , but also always friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate seeing Orlan out early on snowy mornings getting the walking areas safe for walking. Angie and Bryan also are constantly working to be on hand and helpful with any unexpected need when it arises.

I've lived here for over 10 years now and I still love it! From the fellow residents, to the walkability in the heart of Downtown Kirkwood, to the AMAZING staff, it's all completely terrific! I feel truly honored to be able to call this community my home. I couldn't ask for more... except maybe a pool! 😉

My name is David Love I have lived at Station Plaza Apartments for about a year and a half. I absolutely love it. The staff is fantastic and very helpful as I am blind, especially Angie who is always available to help me order groceries and help me get any packages i receive. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help me out!!!!!

Orlan Hicks is one amazing maintenance man. Always willing to help, always kind and friendly. He has helped so much in handling situations that has come up. I honestly don't know where I would be without him helping. He goes above and beyond his job duties. Thank Mr. O for all that you do for us.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience living at Station Plaza. I have been a resident for one year and unfortunately had to renew for another year. Property management has turned over multiple times since I moved in, which is understandable. For the amount I pay in rent, the number of ongoing issues is unacceptable — and they are rarely addressed effectively. There are frequent disturbances (including kids banging on doors late at night), repeated false fire alarms at 1 a.m., and the garage has been in disarray and under construction with very little communication from management. (this may be a city of Kirkwood issue as well) My unit is one of the older ones in the building, and I’ve had problems with nearly all of my appliances.
