Kirkwood Bluffs Apartments

If you’re thinking about moving into one of their units, DON’T. Just moved in and am very unhappy with management of the property and the unit itself. I have been in the unit one month and can’t get my questions answered or any help at all really. They always seem to be “out of office”, and at the end of the day they don’t care about their tenants as long as they are benefiting off of them. Luckily there’s a million other apartment complexes around the area! So definitely shop around.

Overrated the outside is nice, but the inside is horrible filthy too many paint patch up jobs All my sinks in my bathrooms have rusted. My tub has rust in it can’t take a bath. These apartment needs to be renovated.they charge an arm and a leg for rent Why. some tenants are so nasty with their pets. The laundry room is filthy. You have to clean the washers before you use them. It’s always pet hair in the washing machines I mean, like the washing machines are filthy. The building I live in is nasty. You get off the elevator that’s all you smell is pets just stinky every day stinky dog odors I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone that’s just my personal experience

This is the worst place I have lived. I have only been here for a couple of months and it’s just issue after issue after issue. Anytime we call the office staff always says “sorry I wasn’t here that day so I don’t know anything about that” which shows extreme lack of communication on their part. We were promised a completely renovated apartment before we moved in, hence the reason our rent is more expensive. Not only did they delay our move in date, when we moved in half of the renovations were completed and we’ve had to beg to have them done ever since. Shortly after moving in we had a leak from our ceiling that they allowed to go on for over a month because they wouldn’t communicate with each other or with us. Following that every time they came in to “fix” something they left the apartm

Old old nothing updated but the Office !!!!everything else is horrible huge raccoons wandering around dog poop bags all over this Complex is a rip off charging you an arm and a leg for Rent but the inside of these apartments are run down bugs also only good thing is the School District that's it please search around these not ...

The management team has been nothing short of excellent. I am so happy to be a resident of Kirkwood Bluffs. Any time I have needed assistance they have been there in every aspect. I absolutely love my apartment and the vibe of the community. I feel so lucky to live here and have such incredible support.
