Freedom Title

I was selling a home in St. Louis and had the opportunity to work with Freedom Title for the closing. I do not live in Missouri so it complicated the transaction a little. However, Shelly Colburn was a delight to work with and made everything so easy for me! She was so wonderful to work with professional and warm and is a person who will do whatever it takes to make things right for the customer. I am just sad I will only have one opportunity to work with her. The house closed today and Delaney was very good to work with also- answered my many questions and again was so flexible in helping the process go smoothly and easily. Shelly and Delaney are a great team and I highly recommend Freedom Title for any real estate transaction!

their fees are title fees are much higher than the 5 houses I closed on before for the past few months. The house I am closing on is in KCMO and they don't even have an office there, where I can go sign my paperwork and pay. I will not be using them again
