Living at Kinney Court has been such a great experience, especially since Ericka became the manager. She has truly transformed the community. Ericka goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued, and she has created a welcoming atmosphere that really makes Kinney Court feel like a family. I also want to recognize Ed in maintenance. He is incredibly prompt, hardworking, and always willing to help. Any time there’s an issue, it’s handled quickly and professionally. You never feel like you’re left waiting or without support. Together, Ericka and Ed make an amazing team. They care deeply about the residents and take great pride in keeping the community running smoothly. I have lived here for a year and so far it has been a great experience, starting off with the leasing agent/Manager Erika she made the move in process effortlessly. I look forward to her monthly news letter with all the activities she has arranged for us. I am impressed with how maintenance request are done in a timely manner , Ed is our maintenance man he does a great job!! He keeps our property outstanding. Our manager at Kinnley court is one of the most caring, helpful in anything we need help with. She makes sure everything is taken care of before she will even leave the property. When someone knows what they are doing as she does, we'll never have a problem she can't handle. I have been past manager I.
