Echo Park at Perry Crossing

I’m a couple months into my second lease at Echo Park and wanted to wait to leave a review until after living here for at least a year. I can say that I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. If lighting/natural light is important to you, you should definitely check out these units. We’re currently renting the B7 Wegner unit. The floors and windows are awesome. Ali and Emma at the office are genuinely kind people and make us feel welcome here. Jason on the maintenance team is super friendly and knowledgeable about what he does. And the maintenance team as a whole is quick and reliable. The pool is great, the gym is nice, the property itself is well maintained and perfect for taking morning/afternoon walks. You will never not have a place to park. The location itself is ideal for walking

my boyfriend and I moved in about 7 or so months ago and love this apartment complex. it is always clean and organized. the staff here is extremely helpful and efficient. everyone always has clear answers to my questions and solves any minor issue we have encountered. nikol is the absolute best manager! she is always friendly and every time I am near the leasing office , she is constantly improving the complex in some way whether that’s cleaning, decorating, renovating, asking how everyone is doing, etc. we’d also like to give some recognition to the maintenance crew ! they have addressed any concerns we have expressed in a timely manner and communicated well. I really want to that echo park staff for the 5 star service so glad that we chosen echo park as our residence Emma is probably the biggest reason we signed a third lease she is so professional and understanding she is definitely the ideal person that should be a leasing agent. The maintenance team is by far the best I seen in 20 years Jerry and Jason are always on point when they say something will be fixed and taken care of it is but with no question if u want a nice and clean place to reside echo park is top 5 apartments I would live in . I’ve lived here a year and a half and my experience has been more often than not unpleasant. A big reason I think is because of the people who live here. I’ve lived in two different units and have had the same problem with neighbors being loud. People park in unmarked spaces blocking space around our garage. It just seems like a lot of the people that live here have no common sense or respect for the people who live around them. And when concerns are brought up to the leasing office we get straight up ignored. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call the office, not even for the emergency maintenance line which is supposed to be for emergencies. Emails rarely get responses either. It’s just very frustrating that nobody seems to care about anything around here. I wouldn’t really recomme

Have had an awesome experience with Nicole and Emma. They are super sweet and empathetic. They went above and beyond to help me get into an apartment here! I love it.
