Damond, was so amazing from the start to finish. One of the best experiences of my life. The way he talks so proudly about his property and connected with my and my family was so personable and made us feel welcomed. We didn't plan on moving so early, but he sold us on this beautiful place. Damond is one of a kind and we're happy to be residents here!

Damond was a breathe of fresh air! He was very friendly and went above and beyond for us! This young man is truly one of a kind and it separated the property above anything by else we toured. The way he operates and knows everything no matter we asked you would think he was the manger. This young man is going places and he’s definitely a star!

Doing apartment hunting for next summer.. choosing my next home is really important since I’ll be taking my mom to live with me.. Damond made us feel like this is the place, like this is home.. I’ve been touring different communities in the past month of November and December and Damond came to us with full Transparency. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend ❤️

I gave it one star because it does not enforce the “smoke-free” policy. My neighbors smoke weed almost everyday and the smell leaks into my bathroom and bedroom. When I reported it multiple times and the apartment complex did nothing. I went to talk to the neighbors and their roommate admitted that they smoke weed, I asked if they can smoke outside instead because I have kids living with me and they still smoke inside the apartment. I care about my kids health and as for the apartment complex, they only care about getting more money in their pocket. PLEASE, IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DO NOT RENT THE APARTMENT HERE. IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR HEALTH ISSUES, I RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER PLACE!
