For starters, why should I have to pull my weeds in my yard, when the hoa doesn't pull weeds around the community. Tartesso used to be nice. As it has become a place for section 8 housing. I've had multiple neighbors trash their house, beer cans everywhere, you name it. I even had cops use my house as cover with guns drawn on those said neighbors. I complained multiple times and they dont care. I had to move because of them and I've been here for 6 years. This company is absolutely a joke. They dont care about any rules or regulations. The payment system sucks too. So glad to be out of there.

Joke of a company. They allow residents to report false claims and when you ask for proof you get no response. The discriminate against renters of the properties. I have been fined for lies from another resident in regards to parking in front of my house and I do not but everyone else who owns their house can park on the street. I reached out to Mike the owner and he has yet to respond to me about the amount I owe . I have been in this house over 4 years and been dealing with this hoa since the first month. The allow a resident to run a business out of his house that increases traffic in the neighborhood but don’t do anything. If you are looking to buy a house in surprise or sun city find out who the hoa is and if it’s the property management place don’t buy . As you can see in the photos

I sent a question about paying my HOA balance. Again, quick response, polite and friendly. I am still surprised at the negative reviews, but I have nothing but praise for this staff. Being a team member of an HOA is sometimes unpleasant as the communities they take care of get their noses out of joint because there are rules to follow. Thank you, Beth and Cinda. The accounting was spot on and the HOA is well funded, meaning there are sufficient monies to manage residen

I took clients out to show properties over on Star Ridge dr Sun City West. The siding is expanding/curling from lack of proper paint sealing. Wood on the roof area is rotted. Decking materials are absorbing water from lack of sealing/paint. Appears that homeowners have tried to make repairs themselves. If I were an owner in there I would be highly upset on how poorly the mainenance program is there. I lost a sale from their lack of effort and expense.

Heather showed no compassion and sounded like they are out to start the harassing, writing up any petty violation and collect whatever monies they can from residents! This HOA is a joke, I took my trash cans out a day before trash day and they gave me a violation, are you kidding me! Telling me I have to take them out at Sun Down when the entire neighborhood does it before Sundown. I have live in my place for 8 years and it was never an issue. This company really needs to be reasonable and allow more time, ppl are busy! People park in the streets, side walk and have weeds, etc. Focus on that rather than someone taking the trash out a day before garbage day and stop making peoples lives more stressful than it already has been these last two years!
