Village at Pleasant River

My experience was great. The staff at the Culkag ar Oleasen River was great They guided me through a seem less qualifying process and walking me through the property. Amanda was great in ensuring all the paperwork was done and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay. And the best part is the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile

I would recommend people to avoid renting here. After my boyfriend and toured we left very excited and hopeful to rent a home here, Alex was very personable and welcoming. When we went to apply we were told that we couldn’t apply since I was a month short of 6 months at my current position. I asked to speak the manager Amanda to explain that I could show consistent employment for ALL of 2025 to current, and she only responded to my questions by emailing me a copy of the rental qualifications which do not specify that you have to be at the same employment for the full 6 months, just 6 months of consecutive employment. Then followed up with we had to be able to provide prior rental history from a business and it could not be from a private owner, yet their guidelines say it can be a private

I’ve had such a great experience with the Village! From the moment I toured the property, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The leasing process was smooth and transparent — they answered all my questions promptly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and quiet, with great amenities that are actually cared for and functional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office staff always goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I’ve lived in a few different apartments before, and this has easily been my best experience yet. If you’re looking for a place that combines great management, quality living spaces, and a sense of community, I highly recommend this place!

My application was denied because of a very clear oversight in their "policy" and when this oversight was brought to the attention of the property manager Amanda, instead of seeing this oversight I got a copy and paste of the language in the policy. Denied due to not having 6 months of employment history....I've been full time since I was 18 years old with zero gaps in my resume, I simply started a new job not 6 months ago. I can prove this with pay stubs calls to my previous supervisor as I left on good terms etc. but they were unwilling to even acknowledge its possible to have your last day at company 1 on Friday and start with company 2 on Monday which to me would be the exact same thing. Toured this complex today. The leasing office staff is not customer focused. The parking is awful. The apartments are tiny and there is no flow whatsoever. They are at least $300 more than bigger apartments that offer the exact same amenities. Every unit has a doggy door, whether you want one or not. That tells me you are going to be surrounded by dogs so forget a quiet evening on the very tiny patio. In 85383, there just way too many options at lower prices, better flow, nicer staff, and better parking. Your best bet is to live literally anywhere else unless you just like high prices for zero value
