La Fontaine At Sun City

I recently went with a friend to tour an apartment here, and I was so happy with my experience, I wanted to leave a note. All things considered, it’s competitively priced. The staff I encountered were all helpful and friendly. Russ took us on the tour and answered all of our questions with transparency, humor and good old fashioned respect. If you’re in the market for an apartment, definitely make this one of your stops!

I am so disappointed that I move here. Having issues in my apartment and managers and maintenance are giving me the run around with and constantly wanting an increase on their amenities that not worth the increase. I don’t use the excise room the pool doesn’t have a good temperature, library seem outdated. Only thing is up to part is the outside it beautiful. Can’t wait until my lease is over just been here for a year and ready to move. The complex have the tenants pay for their lights call APS let me know my use of light is 90.00 that I use but I have been receiving a bill for 287.00 per month and the complex have not did anything to correct this problem.. so it appears I am paying for myself and others this is ridiculous and I live alone on a fixed income

It's a wonderful place to live. Great people here. Me and my wife love it here. I would recommend this place to everyone 55 + its a great life at the Fountain s at sun city

I toured The Place at Fountains at Sun City hoping this would be my future home. My first contact was with Patty who gave me a tour of the property and the apartment. Patty was so helpful, positive and knowledgeable. The property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. I also met a couple of residents who were very nice and love living there. My move-in will be delayed due to family obligations but Patty has kept in contact with me. My overall experience was very, very positive. This will be my future home. Patty is the best.

I'm giving the Fountains at Sun City an initial review of 5 stars for the excellent experience we had working with Russ in deciding if this property would meet our current needs. We did choose to lease at the Fountains based on the overall property appearance, cleanliness of the apartments, pricing relative to single family homes, and their pet policy. I believe we will be very pleased living there.
