Bummy place, cats ALL over the canal, the gate DOES NOT work. Lived there for 4-5 years. All of my friends moved out until I moved out too. The only joy was David, Kyran, and my mom, Management Sucks btw and they raised my mom's rent to $2700 A month. W electricity box btw, great hang out spot. Kingswood has been super supportive and patient with us on our deposit and has held our apartment for us while working with outside agencies to get finalized paperwork done. I'm incredibly grateful for Sydney and Mikayla in the office. They really seem to care about the situation we are coming from and have graciously put up with our regular check ins.

GARBAGE. Run down, holes everywhere, (I can see daylight through my door and window frames), outlets that still don't work,(one nearly set my place on fire), wobbly toilets, the list goes on. All the new owners have done in 2+ years time is slap a SUPER cheap coat of paint on the outside and raise my $350, added PET RENT, and water and electricity "pass through" fees to my bill. Can't find the owners ANYWHERE and even if you could they'd just smile and say that's too bad for you. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you have absolutely nowhere else to go.

Felony flats or meth central? Either way, I locked my car, and removed all valuables. And checked every five minutes to make sure my wheels were still on it.. got out as fast as I could!
