Johnson Nye has been an incredible Landlord. I have been a tenant of theirs for 4+ years. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Johnson is not just a great landlord, she is a great person who truly cares. Every interaction was respectful, communication was easy, and she always made sure the place felt like home. I'm very grateful for how well I was treated all of these years.

Do not rent from these people. Claim to be great great folks, but when you do dirty work for other people your wrong. They might text you, but they are never at the office and don't answer phone. Whatever you do never rent 518 cloverfield lane conway sc. They are the landlord, but they have to ask the homeowner for everything and the homeowner say no about everything. Rented for a year, lease was up and had a a week and half for the kids to finish school. They wouldnt even let us stay for the kids to finish. We went a month without a stove and were told to use the microwave. I have 2 kids, but ok They wont fix things in the house, then when you move out you pay for every little thing you didn't even break. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMS. Tried charging me $100 cash application fee for a rental home. Property listed on Zillow, which only charges $35 for 30 days, unlimited applications. Nice try. When I called him out, he refunded me my $100 cash, and my application. Guess they only rent to people they can screw over. BEWARE.

Johnson is the absolute best!!! She hustles to get the job done I’ve NEVER been more impressed with an agent. In this housing market that we are currently in you need someone to be on top of it and she MOST DEFINITELY IS! She talks to where you are at, meaning if you’re not very real estate smart she will make sure you understand the process every step of the way and she is up front and honest about properties she shows you! Highly highly recommend her!
