Kingsley Plaza

Roberto V fixed my sink. He did a great job, cleaned everything, and was super nice. I put in my request the night before and he came in the morning so it was really helpful and convenient.

Since I moved into this property in 2017, the quality of life at Kingsley Plaza has been excellent. The studio apartments are the largest I've ever seen, they are priced affordably, and the building is kept clean inside and out. The efficiency and courtesy of our property manager, Nathan McDermott, and the maintenance crew have always been solid. My only criticism is that like most buildings in our neighborhood, the garage is easily accessible by anyone from the street, so random people can get into the property and show up at your door trying to solicit personal information. It would be an improvement to see some cameras installed someday.

Roberto Velasso Jr. helped us very kindly to fix the maintenance in our house :) He also gave us a tip how to fix it by ourselves easily just in case it happens near future. Thank you!

Trash apartments and trash office staff. Especially Nathan. Do NOT move here. Roaches and mail thieves. All the good reviews are people who just moved in, or have very low standards. You are a paying customer, and I highly suggest you pay someone else.
