Kingsley Apartments

We have lived here for approximately 3 years, and have really enjoyed our time here. It's very quiet and peaceful! The grounds always look great, and we love the trees in front of our apartment. Any time we have a maintenance request/problem they are always very quick to respond and take care of it. Thank you, Kingsley Apartments!

I’ve had such a great experience living here, especially as a pet owner. The pet policy is fair, clear, and actually welcoming, which can be hard to find. They make it easy to have your furry family members with you without feeling like it’s a hassle or burden. The community is clean, pet-friendly, and you can tell management truly cares about both residents and their pets. If you’re looking for an amazing apartment complex that understands pets are family, this is definitely the place to be! Very much pet friendly

I absolutely love living here! The resident events are always fun, well-organized, and really help build a sense of community. It’s nice to live somewhere that truly cares about bringing residents together. I loved the pie day they gave out pizza was absolutely amazing I always look forward to The resident events.

We had a great experience working with this property management team. The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. A special thank you to Melissa, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs and helped us navigate our moving date along with any hiccups that came up along the way. Melissa went above and beyond by being available even during later evening hours to guide us through urgent situations and emergencies. Her support made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend this team.

I had an amazing experience touring this apartment with Kenyetta (I wish I could have gotten her full name) she was so welcoming, answered all my questions without hesitation and just very polite. The units I viewed were amazing, clean and organized as well.
